How do I sign up?
Where subscriptions are available you will see our subscribe and save icon on the product page. Simply choose your product size and a new tickbox will appear that says “Subscribe & Save”. Tick this and then choose how often you want to receive the product. Then checkout as normal.
Please note that not all sizes are available for subscriptions.
If I sign up by mistake, can I cancel?
Yes, mistakes happen, there is no contract and no customer commitment, you can cancel at any time. To cancel, just log into your account and go to My Account > Subscriptions.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, of course. We totally understand that you might have a change in your circumstance but not want to cancel. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us when you would like to restart your subscription.
If I sign up to BETTALIFE® Subscribe & Save, how long does the membership last?
When you sign up to Subscribe & Save, you join until you cancel. Don’t forget, you can cancel at any time with no fees, no penalties, no problems!
How often can I receive products?
You can choose to be sent products every 1, 2 or 3 months.
I love my BETTALIFE® products and I buy them every month. If I join, will I lose my existing Loyalty Points?
No. In addition to saving you time, money and never running out of your favourite product, you still earn BETTALIFE® Loyalty Points.
Which BETTALIFE® products can I buy when I join the scheme?
All BETTALIFE® products are available in Subscribe & Save, but not all sizes. Please check on the product page.
Is delivery still free as part of the scheme?
Yes, for all UK mainland postcodes.
My subscription failed. What happened?
When you checkout a subscription, you must make sure you tick the “save card” option otherwise your bank won’t let us process your card again.
Are my details secure?
All your payment details will be held very securely by our third payment gateway, Opayo (formerly SagePay). The only details we store are what product you want and where to send it.
